Cancellation Policy: We will issue a refund, minus a 6% credit card processing fee, for all reservations cancelled more than 72 hours in advance of the booked tour time. We will not issue refunds or allow time changes within 72 hours unless you have purchased cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
