Does Navitat Asheville offer group rates?
Yes, group rates are available for groups of 6 or more participants reserving with advance notice and paying in one transaction. Special packages are available for birthday parties, scout groups, and school groups. Other group types can qualify for up to a 20% discount. What if it rains or the weather is bad?
Navitat operates rain or shine, and guests regularly report that participating in the rain is a BLAST! Navitat continues to operate as long as the weather is not considered threatening.
In the event of severe weather, such as lightning or sustained high winds, Navitat may choose to close or put guests on standby. Advance notice may not be possible. If your pre-booked experience is canceled because of severe weather, Navitat will offer a rain check or a full refund. Should severely weather occur while you are on the course, Navitat may discontinue your experience. Discontinued experiences are offered a full or partial refund based on the amount of time remaining on your ticket.
What is your cancellation policy?
To receive a refund of your deposit, your group must cancel 72 hours prior to your booking time. All groups must be paid in full 72 hours in advance of their tour times. The number of participants is locked at this time. Participants can be added based on availability, but they cannot be removed
